FloBama App Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: March 1, 2025
Welcome to the FloBama App! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FloBama App (“App”), owned and operated by View-360 Group Holdings LLC (“FloBama,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Features & Services
The FloBama App offers the following features and services:
Online Ordering: Order food and beverages directly through the App for pick-up or delivery, subject to availability and location.
Merch Shop: Access and purchase exclusive FloBama merchandise through a separate shop within the App.
Stream Page: Stream past live performances and events. FloBama operates this stream under “fair use” guidelines and does not claim ownership of any music or other copyrighted materials featured in the stream.
Menu: View the most up-to-date food and drink offerings.
Chat Feature: Engage with other users or staff through our in-app chat system. Please use respectful language and follow community guidelines.
FloBama AI Phone Attendant: Use our AI-powered virtual assistant for inquiries, reservations, and general information.
Loyalty Program: Earn and redeem rewards by registering your phone number. Points or rewards may be subject to change at FloBama’s discretion.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
Misusing or attempting to hack the App.
Posting or sharing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the App (excluding third-party music streams on the Stream Page) is the property of FloBama Downtown LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from FloBama.
4. Fair Use Disclaimer (Stream Page)
FloBama’s Stream Page is designed for entertainment and promotional purposes. Any copyrighted music or performance streamed via the App is done under the belief that it qualifies as “fair use” under applicable copyright law. FloBama does not claim ownership or authorship of any third-party content and encourages users to support original creators.
5. Privacy & Data Usage
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide services through the App (e.g., your name, phone number, and order details). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to fulfill your order through trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors).
6. CCPA Compliance (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:
The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used.
The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
The right to request details about the personal information we have shared (if applicable).
The right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information (please note: FloBama does not sell personal information).

7. Limitation of Liability
View 360 Group Holdings, LLC is not responsible for:
Any technical issues, outages, or interruptions with the App.
Losses or damages resulting from reliance on any content or services provided via the App.
Third-party content accessed through the Stream Page or Merch Shop.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
